Q. What's the first step in getting started?

A.The first step is to select the package that best suits your needs and place an order. As soon as you submit the order, you will receive instructions telling you how to submit layout info, text, photos, video clips music clips(mpegs),facebook info,contact info and your message in script form. You can take up to 60 days to to provide us with the material we need to produce your video.

Q. I have a website that needs updating, and new photos, logo, video clips, etc.. Can I use them in my new website project?

A. Yes! Simply email us the url or website link or fiules, and email us any other files you want us to include when you get your welcome and submittal email from us.

Q. How do I view the website? and how do i tell others about my new website?

A. You will have your own url! For example, www.yourcompany.com. Mine is jtworldwide.com. Whatever you want us to buy for you, if it is available we will buy it for you. Tell everyone you know your new website address! Put it on your vehicle, on your store windows, on your print ads, on your cards!We send you a link at first to help you get there.starts playing. We also include links to your Facebook Acct, YouTube, & Twitter at no additional charge, whatsoever.

Q. How long does it take to get up and running?

A. You're get your first draft- a psd of the home page for your approval and comments within 7 business days of receiving your material.

Q. How much storage do I need on my computer to store the website?

A. You don't store anything on your computer! The average website file is only 3 to 9 Megabytes. We provide you with 10 Gigabytes of data transfer per month and up to six months of free website hosting. However, if you prefer to host your own websitevideos, we'll email or ftp you the files anytime.

Q. What if I exceed 10 Gigabytes?

A. 10 Gigabytes is an enormous amount of data transfer per month. It is very unlikely that you would ever reach your monthly limit. In the event you exceed your monthly limit, the video will fail to play for the remainder of the month unless you pay a small add'l charge.

Q. Can I select the narrator or director for my project?

A. No! Because we have a revolving pool of narrators and directors with varying schedules, it simply is not feasible for clients to select individual narrators. However, you can rest assured that you will get an experienced and competent wed design professional.

Q. What if I want something that's not on your list of services.....can you do it?

A. We have been in the web design business since 1997! There is very little we can't do. Simply contact us, describe the project, and we'll quote you a price.

Q. What's the difference between the Standard Package,Deluxe Package and Lite Packages?

A. The Standard Website Package includes all of the elements in the Deluxe Video E-Mail Package, with one exception. The Deluxe Video Email Package includes on-location shooting whereas the Standard Package does not include production of a custom video. The Standard Package includes up to 3 pages, versus up to 5 pages in the Deluxe. The Lite Package includes all the above features, but it includes a one page 'Landing page' design and no video is produced.
